# Share Multiple Certs

The whole stack, in one go.

New job? Annual review? CertLocker makes it easy to pull together the Certs you've been asked for and send them all at once, as a single PDF, a .zip file, or a printout.

## Tap the Share Icon

Tap **My Certs** in the navigation bar, then tap the **Share Icon** in the top right corner. The **Share certs** sheet slides up.

## Choose PDF, ZIP, or Print

At the top, choose how you'd like your Certs: **PDF** combines them into one document, **ZIP** bundles each one as its own file inside a .zip, and **Print** sends them to your printer.

## Select Your Certs

Tick the box beside each Cert you'd like to include, or tap **Select all**. Tap **Clear** to start over. The count under **Select certs to share** keeps track of how many you've picked.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Only Certs with an attachment can be included.** A Cert without a document reads **No document attached. Upload one to include it**. Open that Cert and tap **Upload attachment** first (see [Replace an Attachment](/my-certs/replace-an-attachment.md)).
{% endhint %}

## Tap Export

Tap **Export** in the top right corner. CertLocker will gather and build your file (you can tap **Cancel** while it works), then hand it to your device to save or share. If any Certs couldn't be included, CertLocker will tell you which.

## Share Links Instead

The same sheet can also create links. **Create share links** makes a separate link for each Cert you've selected, and **Share whole locker…** makes one ongoing link to every Cert that isn't marked private. See [Share Links](/sharing-certs/share-links.md).

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.firecal.app/sharing-certs/share-multiple-certs.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
