# Share Links
A link anyone can open, for as long as you say.
A share link lets anyone view your Certs in their web browser, no CertLocker account needed. It's perfect for a hiring manager, an instructor, or a licensing office. Because the link always shows your Cert as it is right now, a renewed Cert shows up through the same link.
## Link One Cert
When looking at your Locker, **Tap a Cert** to open it, tap the **Share Icon** in the top right corner, then tap **Manage shareable links**. The **Shareable links** sheet lists your **Live shares** for this Cert.
## Link Your Whole Locker
To share everything at once, tap **More** in the navigation bar, then **Locker share links** (or tap **Share whole locker…** on the Share certs sheet in My Certs). A whole-locker link includes every Cert in your Locker that isn't marked private, now and in the future.
## Create a New Link
Tap **Create new share link**. Before you create it, decide whether the person can download your documents (tap **Download: On** to switch it off), and when the link should stop working (tap the date beside **Expires:**, or leave it set to **Never**). For a whole-locker link, leave **Private: Off** unless you want the link to include your private Certs too. Then tap **Create link**.
CertLocker copies your new link to your clipboard and confirms **Link created and copied to clipboard**. Paste it into an email, a text, or an application form. On a phone, you can also tap **Share link** to send it straight from your device.
## Copy or Revoke a Link
Your links stay listed under **Live shares**, where you can tap **Copy link** any time. When someone no longer needs access, tap **Revoke link**, then confirm on **Revoke this share link?** by tapping **Revoke link**. Revoked and expired links move to **Revoked / expired**.

**A revoked link can't be turned back on**, so create a new one if you need it again. Revoking stops future views, but it can't take back a document someone already downloaded.
