# Manage Member Certs
As an Officer or Admin, you can see your Members' Certs all in one place and add Certs to their Lockers. Tap **Orgs** in the navigation bar, tap your **Org Card**, then tap the **Manage Icon** in the top right corner of the Org's profile, then tap **Manage Member Certs**.
## By Cert Types
The **By Cert Types** tab lists every Cert Type held across your Org, with the ones furthest behind on renewal at the top. Each one shows how many **Members with cert**, how many are **Current**, **Expiring Soon**, and **Expired**, and the **Avg Renewal** progress. Tick **Org Types Only** to show just your department's own [Custom Cert Types](/organizations/org-administration/custom-cert-types.md).
Tap a Cert Type to see which Members hold it, then tap a Member to see their Certs of that type.
## By Members
The **By Members** tab lists your roster, with how many Certs each Member has. Tap a Member to open their Certs, and tap any Cert to view it.

**You'll only see what Members share.** Each Member's [Sharing Preferences](/sharing-and-followers/sharing-preferences.md) decide which of their Certs your Org can see, along with any Certs your department added. If a Member's Cert is missing, ask them to check their Sharing Preferences.

## Add a Cert to a Member's Locker
Tap the **+** beside a Member (or **Add cert to locker** on their Certs), and you'll get the same form Members use to [Add a Cert](/my-certs/add-a-cert.md), addressed to that Member. Fill it in and tap **Create cert**. The Cert lands in their Locker, marked as **Added by your organization**, and they can attach their own copy of the document afterward.
