# Your Locker

Every Cert you've earned, in one place.

Your Locker is where all your Certs live. Tap **My Certs** in the navigation bar to open it.

## Browse Your Certs

Each Cert in your Locker appears as a **Cert Card** showing its name, its Cert Type, and its expiration date. Certs with renewal requirements also show a **Renewal Progress Ring** on the right, so you can see at a glance how close you are to being ready for renewal. Above the list, you'll see how many Certs you have and how they're sorted: by **Expiration**, then **Type**, then **Name**, so whatever expires next is always at the top.

The expiration line changes color to get your attention: yellow when a Cert is expiring soon, and red once it has expired.

## Expiring & Expired

Tap the tabs at the top to narrow the list. **All** shows every Cert in your Locker, **Expiring** shows Certs with a renewal deadline coming up soon or already passed (for Cert Types without a renewal schedule, within 30 days of expiration), and **Expired** shows Certs whose expiration date has passed, so you can renew or remove them. Certs that never expire don't appear on either of those tabs.

When a tab has nothing in it, CertLocker will let you know (for example, **No expired certs**), which is exactly what we like to see.

## Tap to Open

Tap any **Cert Card** to open the Cert, where you can view its document, update its details, and track its renewal (see [View a Cert](/my-certs/view-a-cert.md)).

## Add & Share

To add a Cert, tap the **Floating Action Button (FAB)**, the red circle with a **+** at the bottom right, then choose **Create a Cert** or **Import with AI** (see [Add a Cert](/my-certs/add-a-cert.md) and [Import Certs with AI](/my-certs/import-certs-with-ai.md)). To send several Certs at once, tap the **Share Icon** in the top right corner (see [Share Multiple Certs](/sharing-certs/share-multiple-certs.md)).

{% hint style="info" %}
**An empty Locker?** If you were expecting to see Certs here, check that you're signed in with the right email address (it's shown at the top of the **More** screen) before adding them again.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.firecal.app/my-certs/your-locker.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
